  • “I signed up for the Lyra class having zero experience and honestly, I was a little nervous. But from the moment class started, I felt supported and encouraged. I was shocked by how much I learned in just one session — I actually felt strong, capable, and so proud of myself! The environment was welcoming, uplifting, and judgment-free, which made it easy to try new things and have fun. I left feeling empowered and excited to come back!”
  • “I’ve taken Lyra classes before, but this was on a whole different level. Marina’s teaching style is the perfect balance of kind, patient, and motivating — she really sees your potential and helps you reach it. She gave clear guidance, helpful corrections, and encouraged me to push just enough outside my comfort zone. I learned more poses and felt more confident in this one class than I have with any other instructor. I left feeling strong, inspired, and eager for the next class!”
  • “I’ve been practicing yoga for years and handstands have always been that one skill I wanted to feel confident in, but could never quite bring into my flow. This workshop changed that. Marina broke things down in a way that finally clicked for me — not just the technique, but the strength, awareness, and mindset behind it. I left feeling more comfortable getting upside down and with practical exercises I can add to my regular practice to keep building strength and confidence. For the first time, handstands feel achievable and genuinely exciting!”
  • “I never imagined myself trying AcroYoga — it always looked like something only super flexible or advanced people could do. But this class completely changed my perspective! It was playful, fun, and way more accessible than I expected. I was surprised by how quickly I picked up the basics and how supported I felt the entire time. By the end of the class, I could do movements I never thought I’d be able to try. Now I actually feel confident joining other AcroYogis to practice, and I’m excited to keep learning and playing. Such an uplifting experience!”
