Ages 3-5
Focus: foundational movement through exploration and play!
Together, we learn skills like jumping, swinging, rolling, and other foundational movements to help your child grow into a strong, confident human!
Classes available on Tuesdays and Saturdays
Ages 6-10
Focus: Proper gymnastics training on basic skills such as handstand, cartwheel, walkovers.
Boost your child’s confidence as they get stronger, more flexible, and more coordinated in a supportive environment
My classes focus on improving skills in a kind, positive space.
Classes available on Tuesdays 4-5pm
Ages 6+
Focus: walkovers, handsprings, flips, aerials.
We utilize the spring floor and tumble track to learn new tumbling skills while improving your child’s strength, confidence, control, and technique.
Classes available on Sundays.
Available ONLY for non-beginners. Private lessons available for gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers looking to improve on specific skills.
Times available on a 1-1 basis on Sundays.
